*HELMETS ARE NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES*
1. All decisions made by track officials are final. Any arguing with the ruling of the officials will result in disqualification.
2. All tractors participating must have a working kill switch to ground out the ignition. This will be checkeed at the scales and a non-working kill switch will result in no pulling until fixed.
3. All tractors must have roll over protection (wheelie bars) that must extend to 5 inches behind the rear tire and must not be higher than 5 inches off the ground.
4. All hitches must be in plain view with a height of 12 inches with a 1.5 inch hole. Hitches with all thread must have nuts secruing the top and bottom plate. It must be stationary in all directions.
5. All tractors must have a wheel base of 54 inces and have stock appearing hood, grill, dash, and fenders.
6. All tractors must have safety shielding covering all moving parts such as belts, pulleys, crankshaft, and any clutch parts. All shielding must be made of 1/16 steel or 3/16 aluminum. No tractor will be allowed to pull without proper shielding.
7. Wheel wieghts are allowed as long as not all thread is sticking out past the wheels.
8. All tractors must have a seat with a back on it.
9. Front weight booms cannot extend over 6 feet from the center of the rear axle.
10. All engines in the stock class must meet factory specs. Working governor, stock unground camshaft that came with that model engijne. Stock carb that came for the engine. Choke plate must be in the carb. Stock timing no aftermarket ignition, stock valves, stock piston and rod. Stock unbalanced. Stock main bearings (no mini bearings). Stock valve springs that come with that engine. Also must have STOCK fuel system (or equivalent). NO carb spacers (you are allowed aftermarket rods in the stock length, no offset bearings or long rods. The engines can be bored .030 over and hte head shaved and porting before the valves. This rule applies only for single cylinders and flathead twins.)
11. All class can run a steel flywheel for safety by must have fins mounted on them.
12. All V-Twin engins in the stock class must be factory stock. No modifications of any kind except air cleaners and stock timed steel flywheels.
13. NO oxygenated fuel in any class.
14. Track officials have the right to disqualify anyone operating a tractor in an unsafe manner on or off the track.
15. NO alcholic beverages.
16. Anyone walking on the track with a driver in the kids class must remain at a safe distance.
17. All drivers must have a DOT approved helmet for all classes. All drivers in the open or hot stock classes and diesel must have a fire suit.
18. Only 2 hooks per tractor. Only exceptions are adult pulling a kids class tractor or powder puff.
19. Once the sign up sheet has been take to the track, that class is closed for sign ups.
20. Tech officials have the right to inspect any tractor if they feel it is illegal in anyway. Refusing the inspection is an automatic disqualification from the class. If the tractor is found legal, any gaskets or parts damaged will be replaced. All inspections will be done in a closed area with only the driver and 2 tech officials present. Tech officials ruling is final.
21. Any 3 drivers can protest a tractor to be inspected. You must put the drivers name and what class tractor to be inspected in an envelope. With 3 signatures and $150 CASH and drop it off to Bob or Ernie. The tractor will be checked at that event. If the tractor is illegal, the money is reimbursed. If the tractor is legal, the driver gets to keep the money.
22. All stock tractors must have reverse.
